Evaluation of the service vouchers

IDEA Consult has a broad expertise on the Belgian Service voucher system. The last years we carried out:

• 10 evaluations of the Service voucher system for the Federal authorities
• A study on the Service voucher system in the Flemish Region in 2015
• The evaluation of the Service voucher system in the Walloon Region for 2016
• The evaluations of the Service voucher system in Brussels for 2014, 2015 and 2016

In this evaluations attention is paid to, among other things, the effect on the labour market, the gross and net cost of the measure and the specific conditions regarding the service voucher labour agreement. In addition, a wide range of themes are analysed, such as the diversity of recognised activities and businesses, the work quality, training and coaching of service voucher employees, the procedures of the service voucher system, financial aspects, and the view of the voucher cheque users.
