Terms and Conditions
An invoice for your meeting room hire will be sent to you prior to the event for the cost of the requested room. Payments are to be made 5 days prior to the meeting (at latest).
All fees/charges are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
2. Cancellations or amendments
Please note that your IDEA CONSULT meeting room will be booked in advance and therefore last minute cancellations do not always allow IDEA CONSULT the opportunity to re-book for replacement clients.
Cancellations charges are as follows:
- 0-5 working days: 50%
- 5-10 working days: 75% refund
- More than 10 working days: full refund
The notice period becomes effective upon receipt of that confirmation.
You are responsible for the space assigned to you throughout your event. Any damage caused to the property, contents or IDEA CONSULT grounds incurred as a result of your delegates' or guests' behavior will result in a fee/charge based on the reasonable costs of repair.
We will happily coordinate catering (breakfast, lunch or reception) by prior arrangement for an additional cost. You may work with your preferred caterer or consult us for a list of caterers.
Catering and further services will be billed to you by the catering company or service. Please make sure you take necessary precautions regarding allergies and intolerances as IDEA Consult will accept no liability for any accidents or injuries.
- No smoking in or around meeting rooms.
- No Candles
- Alcohol. If you plan on bringing any type of Alcohol an approval in advance is necessary.
Whilst reasonable efforts are made to ensure IDEA CONSULT’s premises are safe and secure, IDEA CONSULT will accept no liability for articles or property left, lost or damaged on the premises.
