Martina Fraioli is analyst trainee at IDEA Consult. Her work at IDEA focuses on topics related to access to finance for cultural and creative industries and sustainability in the performing arts sector. She obtained a Master’s degree in Economics and Management of Arts and Cultural Activities at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice in 2018, where she graduated with a research thesis on governance and change management in cultural and creative organisations (selected by the INTERCOM International Committee on Management for the ICOM Kyoto 2019 General Conference). Before joining IDEA, Martina worked at Sapienza University of Rome as thesis tutor in Museology courses, at the European Parliament as a Schuman Trainee and at ENCATC European network on cultural management and policy as an Erasmus+ Trainee. Martina is also co-founder and national coordinator of Volàno Do Tank, an independent Italian non-profit organisation whose mission is to provide policy solutions to issues related to culture, tourism, education and youth policy in order to develop local territories and communities.
